Service Administrator

This position is temporary - permanent and can offer an immediate start, the pay is £12.50-£14ph depending on experience.
You will be working closely with the Service Co-Ordinator to assist with all the administration and customer service duties required in this busy department. In this role you’ll be key to ensuring all data is recorded on the database accurately. You’ll be responding to emails and phone calls from clients and customers ensuring any queries are resolved and the best possible service is provided.
Main responsibilities of the Service Administrator:
- Ensuring that there are up to date and accurate records on each job/task
- Updating databases and schedules
- Dealing with enquiries and issues via email and telephone
- Liaising across the departments.
- Processing holidays and general accounts duties
- Invoicing internally and externally
- Process engineers visit reports, and any follow ups
- Any other administration duties needed.
- Previous experience within administration roles is essential
- Experience coordinating/ organising maintenance or engineers advantageous
- Ability to multi-task and follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Good customer service skills
