Site Manager - Roofing and Cladding

Our client, Cladding and Roofing Contractors are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team due to rapid company growth.

As the Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of their sites. While experience in roofing and cladding would be a great bonus, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all site activities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Site Manager - Roofing and Cladding

Responsibilities

• Manage the general day-to-day running of the site
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and timely
• Induct all operatives and highlight any site-specific hazards or risks
• Organize labor and other trades as required by the contract
• Ensure all operatives work safely and that all certifications are up to date
• Communicate any issues to the client that may impact the safe and effective completion of the agreed works
• Monitor the progress of works to ensure completion within the agreed program

Requirements

• Must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and all relevant accreditations to carry out the job
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to ensure safety and compliance on-site
• Experience in managing site operations and labor organisation
