Being a market leader in their field employing over 1000 staff, our client is offering 4 Graduate Surveyor job opportunities for candidates who have a keen interest in property/land acquisition, site valuations, contract and cost negotiation and would also like a role with a high level of client contact

Skill Set Summary

• An enthusiastic graduate (or similar) with a further education qualification that is recognised by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) - this can be Degree or Masters.
• Specific sectors of interest - Real Estate, Estate Manager, Property Management.
• Excellent communication skills
• Full driving license preferred and be accessible to Warrington.
• Desire to become RICS Chartered with mentoring and support.

The Graduate Surveyor role will be mainly office and will receive a structure career program, a wellbeing benefits package and a fun, lively office with extensive on-site facilities.
