We are working with an established metal product manufacturing company based in Cardiff.  They are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join their team on Days (Mon-Fri) in return for a salary in the region of £40,000 + £3,500 car allowance along with overtime opportunity and additional training and development.

The Maintenance Technician needs to possess experience maintaining heavy industrial machinery both indoor and outdoor and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that planned, preventative maintenance is completed
• Reading and following mechanical engineering drawings
• Working across multiple sites (Cardiff and Bristol based)
• Implementing machine improvements
• Reacting quickly to mechanical breakdowns
