Parkinson Lee Executive Search are working with a leading and reputable blue-collar organisation in the appointment of a Senior HR Professional.

Our client is looking for a seasoned HR professional who is passionate about enhancing workforce efficiency and fostering a positive work culture. Reporting directly into the CEO you will be a dedicated and strategic HR leader able to make a significant impact across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support our workforce.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs and implement effective programs.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making and improve organizational performance.

Parkinson Lee Executive Search are keen to speak with professionals in HR that have the following skills and experience.

  • Proven experience as a HR professional in a blue-collar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (highly desired).
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
