I have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Processor Associate to join our client with an immediate start, this is a 6 month temporary contract.
My client is based in Greenock the role is Monday to Friday 35 hours per week and is fully office based. The salary for this position is £11.66 per hour, there is parking available on site.

You will support with all administration tasks for paper and electronic claims, providing decisions to claimants both verbally and by mail. Liaising with other agents and claimants about the progress, fix any errors, investigate any questionable entries.

Typical duties and responsibilities:
* Process and manage claims paper and electronic claims
* Data entry of all decisions, changes, errors
* Liaise with both agents and claimants by phone or mail
* Investigate any questionable claims

To be considered for this role you must have:
* Must be able to pass a credit & DBS check
* Experience working in a fast paced environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
* Solid attention to detail and sense of urgency
* Adaptable, strong work ethic and a good team player
