A dynamic, market-leading main contractor in Clapham is seeking an experienced Technical Assistant Site Supervisor to join their thriving team.

The Assistant Site Supervisor Role

The Assistant Site Supervisor will collaborate closely with the site managers and in-house operatives on luxury residential, retail, commercial, and education projects across London. The first project involves refurbishments entering the fit-out stage.

The responsibilities include:

  • Manage subcontractors under the site manager's guidance
  • Monitor Health & Safety and report issues
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and issue permits
  • Work with Excel, Word, and site management software (Procore)
  • Travel to various sites in London

The Assistant Site Manager

  • Health & Safety training (SMSTS preferred)
  • CSCS card, first aid certification, asbestos awareness, and working at height training
  • Site experience
  • UK driving license and own vehicle
  • Procore experience is desirable
