Due to growth they are now looking for an experienced contracts manager to join their established team. Long term you'll be appreciated, recognised and rewarded for your hard work and loyalty.

The role of the contracts manager will involve:
*Working closely with the site, commercial and sales team within the business to ensure projects are won, delivered and a brilliant service is given.
*Travel to sites and work from home managing your own diary ensuring regular updates to the head of constructions and senior management
*Report progress against plan, pre and post-handover, variance and mitigation of risk of all sections within your area of responsibility to the Construction Manager

The successful contracts manager will need:
*Experience working for a house builder or main contractor and knowledge of working on design and build JCT contracts
*SMSTS/Construction Black card, driving licence and AP ticket (desired)
*Happy to commute across the South west of the UK and further afield when required
