Avanti Recruitment has partnered with an exciting engineering company that's adding an embedded software engineer to its team. You'll work alongside a team of engineers, helping to bring their new products through the entire development life-cycle whilst adding new features and functionality to their existing systems
We're looking for experience with
Embedded software development in "C" for bare-metal/RTOS targets
Communications protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, etc.)
Debugging using tools like logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.
Continuous integration & unit-testing
ALSO IMPORTANT: We're looking for a great communicator, who can see the bigger picture, wants to help advance the technical direction of the company, and push development forwards.
Nice-to-have:
STM32 / ESP32 MCUs
Experience with wireless/IoT projects/technologies
Standards-driven development (MISRA, etc.)
Experience developing custom bootloaders
