Interim Head of People

MLC Partners is working with an NHS organisation who are looking to recruit an Interim Head of People for an initial 4 month period.
They are looking for an experienced NHS HR professional, who has a proven track record in leading operational HR teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a small team
- Overseeing complex ER cases and ETs if required
- Supporting a change programme
- Helping review processes
- Recruitment
- Managing third party contracts (e.g. OH)
You must have experience of HR within the NHS and be available to start at short notice.
This role is considered inside IR35 and will require 1-2 days on site.
