A charity in London are looking for a HR Data Analyst to support on usual activity but with an initial focus on working with the wider HR team in building the infrastructure to create reports on team performance, KPI's and start to drive data and insights into the wider organisation to inform decisions. The role offers hybrid working and ability to start as soon as possible if desired.

Description

A HR Data Analyst with:

- To take ownership of all HR Reporting and analytics

- Support the wider HR team in building the infrastructure to create reports on team performance, KPI's and start to drive data and insights into the wider organisation to inform decisions

- Support in the analysis of existing data and find key themes to aid decision making

- Help design and implement a HR Data analytics road map

- Support in the automation of the HR team with an overall aim of efficiency

- Produce and present data to inform key trends

- Extract data from various systems, including Power BI to present in use-able reports

- Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs

- Work with a variety of specialist teams collaboratively to create an employee life cycle dashboard

- Provide MI support on key projects

- Compile, analyse and present HR data to support decision-making

- Identity trends and patterns in complex data

Profile

A HR Data Analyst with:

- Previous HR Data analytical experience / working with people data

- Someone who is passionate and demonstrates high initiative and curiosity

- Previous experience using Power BI, SQL essential

- Experience with Oracle desirable

- Ability to support the HR Director to present data and findings
