Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hrs

Our client, rated “Good” by the CQC, is seeking a passionate Clinical Practice Educator to join their ICU team. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing the professional practice of their nursing teams across ICU and Medicine.
Your Role:
As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will:
- Deliver high-quality educational programs for both new and existing nursing staff.
- Drive educational initiatives that meet and exceed regulatory standards.
- Identify practice gaps and implement effective educational activities.
- Collaborate on or lead the development of the onboarding process for nursing staff.
What You’ll Bring:
- Registered General Nurse with full NMC registration
- Post-graduation certificate in education and a recognised mentorship qualification
- Extensive experience in clinical education and a relevant nursing specialty
- Strong clinical knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills
