As a dynamic and forward-thinking company, we're seeking a Trainee Field Service Engineer with the opportunity to complete a NVQ Level 3 in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and a passion for engineering to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
- Learn to install, configure, and troubleshoot electrical components and control systems.
- Shadow experienced engineers to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Support routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service, contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Desire to pursue Level 3 qualifications in both mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
