Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an engaging and hardworking English Teacher that is looking for a long-term, full-time position in a secondary school based in Lincolnshire.
The position involves the following:
Plan, prepare, and teach excellent lessons to students across different key stages.
Promote high expectations for students through planning, evaluation, and setting out progress paths to reach targets.
Act on feedback from the head of department and implement it in lessons.
Build positive and strong relationships with the students.
Follow safeguarding procedures and policies.
Follow the behavioural policies set by the school and ensure students understand them.
During your time with Tradewind, we will support you with CPD Trainings provided by the National College, aswell as an excellent service!
To apply for this role, you must have the following:
- QTS and a specialist in English.
- Experience working in a school.
- Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK.
- Satisfactory References.
The rate for this role can be paid to scale, daily rate ranges between £153.85 - £211.96 per day.
