Project Worker - Children's Charity - ongoing contract role

£16 - £18 per hour

NonStop Care is looking for a Project Worker who can join one of the most reputable children's charities in the Lincolnshire area. This is a contract role until 31st March 2025 so it is stable.

It is a Monday to Friday role, 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

The Project Worker/ Children Support Worker will support the emotional health and wellbeing of young people, for example: supporting them to attend appointments, manage their home - work often referred to as 'hand holding'.

In this role, you will work in partnership with other services including housing, substance use and mental health to support young people.

The post will be county wide (Lincolnshire) with occasional travel out of county to support care experienced young people. You will have the flexibility to do some of the work from home.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Family Support Worker or a Care Worker and if you have experience in working with children and young people. You must have a driving license also.
