Company Overview

We are currently working with a growing M&E Contractor who have a brilliant reputation within the London markets and is looking for Mechanical Project Engineer working on one of their landmark sites for the tier 1 contractor with the project based in Fulham.

The contractor has just had a record breaking year with a company turnover of around £(phone number removed). They have frameworks for some of the biggest contractors within the industry such as MACE, Overbury, ISG and more so they are in a fantastic place with a loads of room to progress with the company.

Duties

  • Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager & Mechanical Manager
  • Attendance of meetings on-site
  • Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
  • Overseeing technical submittals 
  • Dealing with sub - contractors
  • Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical packages 
  • Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client 

Requirements

  • SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
  • Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred 
  • Relevant Mechanical Qualification 
  • Has experience within commercial projects
  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer with little impute from a Project lead when required 
  • Stable CV
  • Must have a good understanding of the shell & core and Fit Out packages
