We are representing a leading Tier 1 MEP contractor that has firmly established itself as a leading contractor in the London market right now. Their dedication to completing various projects to an extremely high standard has landed them major project wins and firm relationships with other leading main contractor clients. We are now looking for a seasoned and proficient MEP Commercial Manager to join their team and oversee a significant commercial office shell and core project from preconstruction to completion in Central London.
As the MEP Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a large-scale commercial office project with a significant MEP value of £40 million. You will lead a team of three MEP Quantity Surveyors, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As the MEP Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a large-scale commercial office project with a significant MEP value of £40 million. You will lead a team of three MEP Quantity Surveyors, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record in managing large commercial projects.
- Extensive experience in the preconstruction, construction, and completion phases of major projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of Quantity Surveyors.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, cost management, and contract administration.
