Site Supervisor - Refurbishment Projects

Full Time | Monday to Friday | 07:30 - 16:30
Long Term Contract with an opportunity of a Permanent Role
£24.00 per hour
Search Consultancy are working in partnership with a Regional Contractor who have built their business on successfully delivering construction, refurbishment and small works schemes across the Northeast.
Due to increased workload they are seeking an additional Supervisor to work alongside the Contracts Manager and run small refurbishment schemes.
You will be responsible for the following;
* ensuring the works are completed on time and to the highest quality.
* Managing the site team and issuing permits.
* Reporting back to the Contracts Manager on any escalated issues or problems.
Requirements
* We are ideally looking for a time-served Joiner
* Experience of managing small refurbishment schemes for the main contractor
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Good communication skills both verbal and written
* Excellent IT skills.
