£60,000 - £70,000/annum
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* House Builder who have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join their team in Southampton.

The site is multi-phased development with a total of 500 units and the 1st phase consisting of 178 units. This will be a traditional build development consisting of both houses and apartments.

You will be reporting directly to the Contract Manager.

The salary is £65,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance & a Great Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

* Managing & overseeing the day to day running of the site as well as the site teams
* Liaising with the other departments such as Commercial & Buying teams to ensure the
correct materials and sub-contracts are on site in good time to meet site
objectives.
* Attending weekly site contractor meetings & providing tool box talks
* Ensuring all Health & Safety is adhered too and maintained.
* Achieving 75% overall satisfaction levels on the completed Customer Satisfaction
Survey questionnaire
* Ensuring 100% compliance with current NHBC & building control standards
* Directing the necessary labour, plant, staff and equipment to achieve both plot and
completion on time
* Ensuring targets are met/units are delivered on time throughout the day to day
running of the site
* Maintaining excellent communication skills at all times

Requirements:

* A minimum of at least 5 years' experience as a Site Manager within the residential
sector
* CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Full UK Driving License
