Job Title: Site Foreman- Construction
Location: Mitchelstown, Ireland
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and standards.
- Oversee site setup, including the organization of labour, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
