Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Support classroom activities, adapting materials and teaching methods to meet the needs of students with SEN
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to monitor and record student progress.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
  • Knowledge of various SEN conditions and appropriate interventions
  • Team Teach training would be highly desirable
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
