Forklift and Overhead Crane Operator

Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting for an experienced Stores Person for our client based in Dudley. The successful Stores Person will hold a counterbalance license and an overhead crane license.

Monday to Thursday 8am-4.15pm
Friday 8am-3.30pm
Rate of pay:
£11.56 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift and overhead crane safely and proficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid counterbalance forklift license.
- Valid overhead crane license.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
