Handyman/ Fabric Engineer/ Building Services
Wokingham
£35,000 + 27 Days Holiday + 8 BH + Van + Fuel Card + Dental Care Package
Your new company
- One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider's, in the health sector.
- Working Monday - Friday, 37.5-hour week, across a portfolio of private healthcare sites (health centres, dental sites, admin offices and hospitals) across Oxford & Reading (Wokingham region).
- You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the sites.
- Minor electrical repairs planned and reactive maintenance, light replacements and changes, furniture re-arrangements, any other general building service maintenance.
- Engaging with the client and the wider team.
- Experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial environment would be ideal.
- You must hold Level 2 Electrical Installation.
- Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
- Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
