Job Title: Security Systems Service Engineer

Summary of Role

The company is seeking a highly experienced and competent Security Systems Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing security systems, such as Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems, to the relevant industry standards, using exceptional technical industry knowledge. Ideally, candidates will have experience with and/or knowledge of IP-based networks and security systems.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting planned annual maintenance and providing reactive response.
• Managing your own time to ensure jobs are prioritised correctly.
• Completing work reports and client recommendations accurately.
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.

What They Need From You

• Experience within the electronic security industry.
• Experience with IP-based networks and security systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to lift and climb ladders.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of customers.
• Holding relevant qualifications to the industry, such as 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC (desirable but not essential).

What You Can Expect in Return

• Salary range: £33,000 - £42,000
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy 5 days and sell 2 days
