Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join us on a flexible day-to-day supply basis in the Walsall area. You will have the opportunity to support student learning and development across various local schools within a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising classes and ensuring students remain engaged with the assigned work.
• Managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
• Providing support and guidance to students as needed.
• Upholding the school's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree-level qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in the area you will be teaching
• Experience working with secondary school students is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
• A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting student learning
