Role:
  
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will support the wider recruitment process and be a part of a thriving, ambitious and collaborative Recruitment Team.
  
As the Recruitment Resourcer, you should expect to:
  
  • Carry out informed, efficient searches via multiple job boards.
  • Compose engaging advertisements for current vacancies and utilise social media platforms and job boards to do so.
  • Effective reviewing and shortlisting of applications and candidates.
  • Arranging and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure outstanding client and candidate relationship management and reactively provide advice, feedback, and answer queries efficiently.
  • Be able to communicate and demonstrate excellent understanding/knowledge of clients and the industry.
  • Work towards company KPIs.
  • Ensure administration and records are kept up to date and completed in a timely manner.
  
Requirements:
  
The ideal Recruitment Resourcer will ideally have previous experience within a Recruitment Resourcing position, but ultimately have an effortless customer focused/sales personality.  Previous experience within a sales position or environment, such as retail, hospitality etc. would equally be considered.

  • Experience within a resourcing position desirable.
  • Acute listening skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Natural customer centric approach.
  • Excellent time and information management.
  • Confident, positive and team focused attitude.
  • Graduate level desirable.
  • Excellent written skills and computer proficiency.
