Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an Employability Tutor to deliver employability courses to job seekers which will help them to gain new skills on their journey in to sustainable employment.

Working at community locations across Greater Manchester, you will deliver level 1/2 qualifications within Care, Hospitality, Retail, Business Admin, Customer Services, Facilities, Construction, Health & Safety in the Construction Environment and CSCS card. You will have previous delivery experience across one or more of these sectors or you will have occpational experience working in one or more of these sectors. 

You will be a passionate tutor, able to write lesson plans/schemes of work, develop resources and mentor learners to ensure they complete and achieve their qualification. You will hold a minimum PTLLS teaching qualification (or equivalent) and be skilled in completing contractual paperwork and supporting across all audits or Ofsted inspections.  You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able adapt delivery to learners from all backgrounds and abilities and by able to travel across Greater Manchester as needed.

Due to the nature of this role you will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check and there will be regular travel across the region so access to your own vehicle is essential.
