Cadence Search are delighted to present this stunning career opportunity to work with one of the leading high specifications developers in the South East. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee 4 live projects across the Surrey and Sussex counties.
You will liaise with each No1 Site Manager monitoring each sites progress and making sure all targets and build deadlines are achieved while upholding all health and safety procedures.
To be considered for the role you will have had the following experience previously with another housebuilder.
• Contracts Management experience for an established Housebuilder
• Up to date on HSE matters and driven to deliver sites safely.
• Experience in leading the delivery of multiple schemes. .
• Strong communication, leadership and management skills.
• Full Construction qualifications including CSCS card
