Are you an Experienced Teacher looking for a new opportunity to teach KS2 for September?
We are looking for an experienced Primary Teacher to work within an energetic primary school in Bradford, BD12. The school is graded ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted and are looking for a passionate Teacher to join their team in Key Stage 2 for a minimum of a maternity cover.
The role is to begin in September and could become permanent for the right person!
To be successful for this role you will need:
- QTS
- Experience with the KS2 Curriculum
- Confident classroom presence with the ability to manage behaviour effectively
- Understanding of assessment and monitoring
- Up to date knowledge on safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update service
- Right to work in the UK
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to KS2
- Scaffolding to additional need and ability
Extra responsibilities such as meetings and parents evenings - Collaborating with colleagues to create an inclusive classroom
- Create strong and professional relationships with parents, carers and families
- Follow all safeguarding and child protection procedures
