Job Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Supervisor Field Service to join our client based in Leicester. In this role, the Supervisor Field Service will oversee the completion of field service work for Air Filtration in the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the service team and customers, demonstrating effective organizational skills and confident communication at all levels.

Typical Duties will involve:

• Train and develop service technicians and approved service partners.
• Conduct service team meetings, monitor service technician KPIs, and ensure quality and safe working practices during sitework.
• Collaborate with service planning to maximize efficiency of service technicians.
• Manage the order book through coordination and planning.
• Sales Forecasting and CRM Maintenance
• Customer Service Liaison
• Meet service sales financial targets.

Desirable experience

• Have to have a relevant Engineering qualification, Mechanical or Electrical
• Target/KPI driven
• Strong management skills
• Confident and professional manner
• Experience working in a busy and target driven environment
• Full UK driving licence - required
• Filtration maintenance - advantage
• Dust fume heating ventilation - advantage
