The Ideal Person will:

  • Hold QTS and further relevant qualification in teaching and learning.
  • Participate in CPD.
  • Have a good knowledge of the SEND code of practice 2015 and Equality Act 2010
  • Experience of SEN and supporting pupils.
  • Experiecne of conducting assessments of SEN students.
  • Experience of when and how to make reasonable adjuestment within a mainstream setting to meet the needs of the student.
  • Experience of Applying for EHCPs
  • Extedned study in the area of SEHM
