Bristol Based Office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

As a Sales Coordinator the main feature of this role is to offer support to the Business Unit Director, Business Development Manager and Senior Management team. You will provide administration support to the business unit.

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and contract teams.
  • Maintain business unit reports and the Director's diary.
  • Prepare and issue internal and external reports.
  • Organize meetings and training sessions.
  • Handle queries from staff and clients.
  • Assist with time sheets, holiday records, and office supplies.
  • Complete pre-qualification questionnaires and manage tenders.
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Write and support bid responses.
  • Develop tender documents and presentations.
  • Manage customer communication during the bid process.
  • Attend site visits and client meetings.
  • Organise and represent the company at industry events.


Character : 
Well-developed communication skills to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities. To be resilient to work under pressure and to strict time frames. 

Education

  • Good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard), which will include an English and Maths qualification. [Essential]
  • Higher educational qualifications to A level/HNC/D would be beneficial. [Desirable]
