We are currently seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in the painting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge.
- Mon - Fri
- 8:00am - 17:00pm
- Weekly Pay
- Temp Ongoing work (10 weeks+)
- Immediate start
Responsibilities:- Utilise hand tools and power tools to prepare surfaces for painting- Fabricate and assemble painting equipment as needed- Apply paint to surfaces ensuring high-quality finishes- Perform basic mathematical calculations for mixing paint and determining surface areas- Work in a warehouse environment to paint various items- Weld and assemble metal components as required
Skills:- Proficient in painting techniques and surface preparation- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively- Mechanical knowledge for equipment fabrication and assembly- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations- Experience working in a warehouse setting- Welding skills for metal components assembly
