LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings 

Location: Greenwich, SE3

Salary: OTE: £40K

Position: Permanent – Full Time 

We are searching for a skilled, charismatic and experienced Residential Estate Agency  Lettings Negotiator based in the Greenwich, SE3 area.

The ideal candidate will have sensational selling and negotiating abilities and be able to readily spot sales opportunities and cross sell. 

Instruction winning skills and a comprehensive knowledge of Greenwich and the surrounding areas would be exceptionally helpful and some previous supervisory experience would also be beneficial.

You will need to be energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated, articulate and of course, utterly charming! 

Skills: The skills required for this  Lettings Negotiator role will include: 

• Previous experience in residential lettings 
• Excellent sales ability 
• High level of customer service skills 
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude 
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated 
• Well spoken and articulate 
• Knowledge of the Greenwich area helpful 
• Full Driving License and own car essential  
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
