Hello,

My client is a telecoms service provider; they are currently in need of an Onboarding Project Manager to join their team in Central Southampton.

The Onboarding Project Manager will be the primary contact for all matters related to accounts. You will need excellent communication and management skills, working closely with various departments to ensure a thorough understanding of the company’s product and its delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new telecom clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to support.
  • Develop and maintain internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, customer service) to ensure all project milestones are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with clients to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the onboarding process and client experience.

Pay: From £32,000.00 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30pm
