At Joneshouse Recruitment, we partner with leading mental health providers nationwide to fill their live roles. We are seeking a full-time, permanent Mental Health Nurse to join our client's dynamic team, working across weekdays and weekends. They offer extensive training, development, and ample opportunities for career progression.

Our client operates a hospital delivering acute adult mental health services in collaboration with Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust. Following two years of successful services for women, a second service for male patients opened in May, and a brand-new PICU service is on the horizon.

Your Role as an RMN:

• Provide high standards of care for individuals with mental illness and personality disorders
• Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement
• Adhere to all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, promoting ethical practice
• Participate in patient assessments, care planning, and monitoring patient progress
• Lead shifts and mentor student nurses and other team members at a senior level

To Succeed as an RMN, You’ll Need:

• Relevant nursing qualification and registration
• Excellent teamwork skills, high self-motivation, and a flexible approach (24/7 operation including weekends, bank holidays, and nights)
• Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
• Dedication to personal learning and development
