Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards within agreed timelines and budgets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical refurbishment projects across various commercial sites in the West Midlands.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and project requirements are met.
• Manage resources, including materials, tools, and workforce.
• Report project status, issues, and resolutions to senior management.

Requirements:

• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the mechanical industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving license.
