Bralin Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a reputable company based in Winsford Industrial Estate. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join their supportive team.

Job Description:

As a General Operative/Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for various tasks including the use of computerised dispatch systems, handling customer collections, operating machinery, and ensuring orders are packed correctly and in good condition for delivery.

Main Duties:

• Utilize various computerized dispatch systems.
• Operate AS400.
• Handle customer collections.
• Use machinery such as guillotines, punch press, printing equipment, saws, and drills.
• Manage internal and external delivery handling.
• Pack orders to ensure they arrive with customers correctly packed and in good condition.

Working Hours:

• 40-hour week, currently on a fixed day shift from 09:00 to 17:30.
  • Includes 2 x 15-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
• Overtime may be required on occasion according to business needs.

Skills Required:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, both written and verbal.
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform detailed tasks quickly.
• Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team within all areas of the Winsford operation (Wall Pro and GFUK).
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable but not essential.
• Counterbalance FLT license is desirable but not essential.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a factory/production/warehouse environment is essential.
