A fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse and Logistic Manager to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Stoke-On-Trent with a salary up to £35,000.

The Warehouse and Logistics Manager will sit the warehousing and logistics department with excellent carer development and opportunities.

Candidates will have previous experience within warehousing or logistics specifically within a manufacturing environment at supervisor or manager level and be keen and motivated to succeed.

Role Responsibility of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager role include:

• Developing and implementing logistics strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
• Supervise shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products
• Utilise ERP systems to track inventory management, purchase orders and optimise storage
• Co-ordinate with third-party logistics providers for logistic process
• Support inventory management processes and forecasting
• Experience competently managing and leading a team
• Coordinate with production, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations

Person Specification of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager:

• Previous experience in logistics and warehouse management within a manufacturing background
• Proficiency in using warehouse/ERP management systems
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of logistics operations including shipping, receiving and inventory management
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment

Up to £35k

This role is 100% on site and offers no hybrid working
