An innovative machinery manufacturer, based in Bedfordshire, is looking for a Senior Manager to join their dedicated team. As a market leader, they pride themselves on delivering cutting edge solutions and exceptional service to their clients.  We require a degree qualified professional, who shares their passion for innovation and excellence.

Reporting to the MD, you will lead the operations of the business and drive continuous improvements in project management and operational excellence to maximise profitability on projects.

You will be responsible for the electrical, mechanical, test and commissioning departments, overseeing the delivery of projects, lead FAT and SAT. Manage staffing requirements to ensure machines are designed and delivered to specification.

You will build a strong team environment and drive continuous improvement, overseeing project management for machinery projects valuing c£500k.

Requirements:

• Five or more years within machine building
• Skills to include PLC/Servo and Motion Control
• Working knowledge of Mechanical design for bespoke machinery
•  Excellent problem solving and attention to detail
• Have a flair for innovation
