Job Description:

Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of product. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of inventory management, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management:
   • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping product.
   • Implement and maintain warehouse procedures to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
   • Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
2. Inventory Control:
   • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
   • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
   • Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize losses and maximize turnover.
3. Staff Supervision:
   • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
   • Schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
   • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure all luxury goods are handled with the utmost care and meet quality standards.
   • Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain product integrity.
   • Address and resolve any issues related to product quality or warehouse operations.
5. Safety and Compliance:
   • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
   • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
   • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
6. Technology and Systems Management:
   • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to optimize operations.
   • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
   • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in warehouse management technology.
7. Key skills:
   • 5 years’ experience in a Warehouse role.
