Integration Analyst
3 Month Rolling Contract
Hybrid / London Based
Inside IR35
£450/Day
Change-IT are looking for an Integration Analyst to join a Local Authority based in London. This role will be for 3 months initially, with possible extension of up to 12 months.
This role is INSIDE IR35 and is paying up to £450/Day for the right candidate.
Experience Required:
- Deep understanding of the CX Repairs modules
- Good understanding of the CX Service Charges, Finances, Rents, CRM (Case Management), Homebuy, Voids, Contacts, Assets Cx Modules
- Good stakeholder engagement
- Gather requirements from the business
- Develop training materials and deliver training
- Develop UAT scripts and conduct UAT Must
- Identify and Escalate Issues and Risks appropriately Desirable
- Integration experience
- Experience of CX Contractor Portal
- SQL Database Querying
- Process mapping
- Be familiar with Service Connect
