Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Project Manager – HVAC Systems will involve:

• Project Manager role dealing with the design, installation, commissioning and servicing of air conditioning systems
• Managing the project from start to finish ensuring that deadlines and budgets are adhered to
• Overseeing all aspects of design, procurement and programming
• Attend site and office meetings and report back on project status
• Identify and keep on top of any risks, ensuring these are documented
• Dealing with reactive enquiries for projects
• Managing projects ranging in value from £1,000 - £1,000,000  

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – HVAC Systems with:

• Must have Project Management / Project Engineer experience within HVAC market sector
• Must possess a sound technical understanding of air conditioning systems
• Understanding  of technical drawings
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ideally holding CSCS card and SMSTS
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Strong organisation and time management skills
