This North West Precision Engineering business, part of a global group, are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

This role is key to help aid the business in growing their existing customers (industrial, aerospace, MOD, oil and gas, automotive) and help them grow into new markets such as energy transition.

We're looking to talk to individuals who have a real passion for all things marketing; this role will suit those who enjoy the creative outside-the-box thinking mentality. There are elements of strategic marketing but the main emphasis will be on social media platforms, SEO analysis, lead generation, PPC, as well as new product launches and exhibitions.

The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing / industrial / engineering background, with a B2B track record of hitting KPIs. A keen eye for detail, passion for embracing new technologies and for working across all departments of an SME business are all key. We are looking for a completer by nature, the ability to think on your feet and someone who understands the importance of putting the customer first.

In return you will work for a well-established precision engineering business which prides itself on its people and the ethos that people make the difference. They have invested heavily in new machining technology, continuous improvement programmes and new facilities on site.
