Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Purchasing Operations: Oversee the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising on quality.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions for the company.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
• Data Analysis: Utilise data analytics to forecast demand, analyse trends, and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with local and international laws, regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, MS).
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
