OPERATIONS MANAGER

Salary: £33,000-£35,000 depending on experience

Hours: 38.5 hours per week

Start: September 2024. Please note this is not a term time only role.

The Role

Operations are at the core of the school, and we require a dynamic Operations Manager to thrive in this role.

The following knowledge and attributes are required:

  • The ability to build rapport with colleagues and young people
  • An in-depth knowledge of operations and site management, including relevant health and safety legislation
  • Some experience of line management
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and external colleagues to secure opportunities for young people
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • A grasp of procurement processes
