Aeropeople, established in 2001, are a provider of specialist Aerospace and Motorsport Manpower and Engineering Solutions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Administrator to join our team. Within this role you will be responsible for providing a responsive, customer focused end to end recruitment service adhering to team processes, policies, and best practice compliance by providing comprehensive support of day-to-day recruitment activities. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual who preferably has experience of working within recruitment or in a busy customer-focused environment.
You will also have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and be passionate about providing high-quality customer service to both applicants and colleagues. The Role:
• Distributing and maintaining progression stage documents for each candidate electronically.
• Obtaining employment references and sending out new starter documentation.
• Updating monthly reports and checks through our CRM database
• To ensure that all legal requirements and best practice policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Supporting the preparation of Certificates of Sponsorship as required under UKVI Guidelines.
• Supporting the organisation with the booking of accommodation and carrying out physical inventories of property as and when required.
• Responsible for maintaining electronic filing systems that support the safe retention of documents in line with data protection guidelines.
• Assisting with a wide variety of general administrative duties such as scheduling events, meetings, and marketing duties as and when required.
• Making efficiencies with the implementation of new processes where needed. What we need from you
• Previous recruitment administration experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to self-start and problem solve in an ever-changing work environment.
• The ability to work under pressure, manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills.
• The adaptability to take on new tasks and manage/prioritise multiple conflicting priorities whilst working to tight deadlines
• The insight to be able to implement processes that will make a difference to the company.
• To have an understanding of key recruitment processes.
• An appreciation of relevant employment law including GDPR would be beneficial
• Be eager to learn and develop with the role and ‘own’ your own future within the company
• Attention to detail
• Confidence to converse via the phone, teams and face to face
• Carryout security questionnaire calls with clients and reference suppliers
• Full driving Licence.
