Job Title: Refuse Driver (HGV Class 2)

Location: Sheffield, S4

Pay Rates: £14.55 per hour (first 8 hours per day) / £21.82 per hour after 8 hours and weekends. Bank Holidays paid at double time.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Refuse Drivers to join our team in Sheffield, S4. As a key member of our waste management operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely collection of refuse in the designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle for refuse collection routes.
• Adhere to scheduled collection routes and timelines.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and businesses.

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence.
• Possess a full CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and Digi card.
• Have no more than 6 points on your driving licence – individuals with DR10 convictions need not apply.
