You will require to either live in Whiteley or own a vehicle for this role. Shift patters are:
7AM-3PM & 11AM-7PM alternating weekly
Copello have partnered with our client in Defences Services, in the recruitment of a Service Desk Customer Support to support all aspects of the service desk function and process.
This is a customer-focussed role requiring the ability to identify and separate strategic, critical and important information and complex problems, therefore strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail are imperative.
In addition, you will have:
- A high level of customer service and the ability to manage expectations
- Strong IT knowledge of Microsoft Office & Fault Management software
- Ability to ask challenging questions to gain information
- Confidence to participate in group discussions
- Ability to confidently make sound decisions and communicate at all levels of the business
To apply for this role, you will:
- Be able to decipher and understand complex information and problems, quickly being able to identify key points
- Have experience in a service centre environment (advantageous)
- Possess strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Have a fault investigation background
- Have excellent written and verbal communication, report writing and presentation skills
- Be well versed in Microsoft office applications
- Be able to quickly adapt to new technology and environments
