Position: Outbound Telesales Executive
Location: Manchester, UK
Salary: £22,000 OTE £28,000+

* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services and generate sales leads
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team
* Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding product specifications, pricing, and promotions
* Document all sales activities and maintain updated records in the CRM system

Requirements for our Sales executive:

* Proven experience in outbound telesales or a similar role, preferably but we are open to people who want to get into sales or want really want to get into the fuel industry
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming objections
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
* A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt
